For wraps: Wheat flour, salt, water to knead dough and ghee for making tortillas For filling: Paneer,Spinach, Tomato, Hummus, onion, garlic, spices, salt, ghee.

Step 1

In a large bowl, add wheat flour, salt and water to knead a not-so stiff dough. Let it rest for  10 min.

While tortilla dough is resting, chop the veggies as desired and make the vegetable paneer filling ready.

In a wok, add ghee/ oil. Saute onion, garlic and add tomatoes. Cook with spices and salt. Add spinach and paneer and cook till water is absorbed.

On a flat iron tawa, make the wheat tortilla. apply ghee and cook from both the sides.

Step 5

Spread the hummus over the warm wheat paratha or tortilla and place the filling in the middle. Roll it to make a wrap.

Serve the fresh and homemade paneer rolls with green chutney.
