Fresh cilantro leaves (coriander / dhaniya) fresh mint or pudina leaves 1 raw mango (ambi), onion, garlic, amla, green chillies salt, red chili powder, curd

Step 1

Sort the fresh cilantro and mint leaves. Mint stems are hard and avoid adding them.

In a large bowl of water, add sorted leaves and then transfer to a colander for draining water.

While the leaves drain water, roughly chop onion, amla, peel raw mango and amla. Wash them all.

Add everything to a blender and make a smooth paste.
