Add bay leaf and garlic  to pressure cooker.

Add all the veggies to pressure cooker along with water. Boil for 2 whistles on full and simmer for 2-5 min.

Let the cooker cool off and then blend and sieve.

Make sure to press harder to sieve so that you get thick soup naturally.

Add salt and black pepper and boil for 1 min.
