Fresh Bathua Sorted washed leaves Fresh Homemade Curd Pink salt(Kala Namak)  Black Pepper Green Chili (optional)

Boil the sorted bathua leaves for about 4-5 min in a saucepan

Cool off the boiled leaves. Blend them for a pulse or two. You may add hand mashed boiled leaves too.  add them in fresh curd.

Add salt and black pepper. Add chopped green chili too.
