Wash and dry beets. chop them thin as desired. this is Matchstick shape.

Pre heat Air Fryer at 180 degrees C for 10 min. Add chopped beets to air fryer basket. Coat them with oil, salt and black pepper.

Air fry for 10 min at 200 degrees C while flipping half way through.

Serve Tender Beet fries with a dip of your choice.
