    Being an Indian and a foodie is a perfect match. I have tried several cuisines and yet I yearn for Indian food. From amazing snacks- pao bhaji, onion pakoda to south indian upma, uttapam and the chutneys- tomato, onion, coriander, the whole breakfast is made from scratch and is so filling!

    Imagine an Indian breakfast with upma, poori chole, bathua paratha with curd, moong dal chilla with dhaniya chutney, and lassi- Isn't it so addictive that you want to dig in right away?

    The best thing about this collection is the use of fresh ingredients like grains, lentils, and fresh vegetables.

    They are easy to make and are perfect for a healthy breakfast you need to start your day with!

    What does Indian Breakfast typically include?

    Indian Breakfast varies depending upon the region you belong to. North Indians prefer Moong dal chilla, aloo poori, chole bhature or kachori with aloo as the breakfast. South Indians love Upma, Idli, Dosa with spicy tomato chutney and coconut chutney.

    Gujrati love Thepla, Dhokla and Maharashtrian love Poha, Vada Pao. One thing which is common is Chai! Most Indian love a combination of their breakfast with tea. Since I am North Indian, most of the collection is inspired by the same. A few include South Indian dishes too.
